Behind great ingredients are people who are passionate about what they do. Matilassi Farm has long been part of our kitchen, with potatoes, sausages, and other local products that we greatly appreciate.
That is why we are especially excited to showcase their Angus beef and give it the starring role on the plate. In week 44, we invite you to two evenings where fine craftsmanship and great ingredients take center stage.
On the menu you will find T-bone, chateaubriand, and entrecôte, served with sauces and garnishes that reflect the season.
