Autumn arrives with crisper air, deeper colors, and flavors that are allowed to become darker, warmer, and wilder. The wood crackles, it smells of forest and kitchen, and the courtyard slowly draws closer around us. Our autumn events celebrate local ingredients, hunting, the harvest, and the people who gather when the days grow shorter. A time for long meals, warm rooms, and experiences that linger a little longer.
Ramp Dinner
Friday and Saturday in week 45. What more can we say? Hurry and book.
Words from RIP R. Larsen: always wear good shoes when eating.
What do we find when we look up and see what’s right outside our door? We are committed to making use of what the nature around us has to offer, and letting the seasons shape what we serve. This time, we are bringing game into the kitchen and exploring the possibilities found in ingredients from the local area. With creativity and respect for the animal, we let the ingredients take center stage.
We have joined forces with Matilassi Farm to deliver a truly exceptional taste experience. Some talk about locally sourced, but tonight’s ingredients have practically not travelled at all. They come straight from the neighbor to your plate.
This autumn, we invite you to a very special evening in week 44, where food, wine, and storytelling go hand in hand. Together with our wine importer, we will take you into the wine world of Cloudy Bay from New Zealand, with wines that deserve to be experienced alongside a great meal. We are creating a menu where each course meets carefully selected wines, and where the flavors complement one another and create new experiences.
