Trasti & Trine’s Culinary Trail
The evening starts in Alaska Bar, where cocktails and tasty small bites are served. Then we head to our Orangerie, where you can enjoy the season’s flavors from the garden. Continuing along the path, we end up at the Bakery. Here, we once again serve from our stone oven and cheese cabinet. Before we go into the restaurant, we take a walk in the Gamma. Over an open flame, delicacies and stories are prepared. After the gamma, we arrive at our final destination: the restaurant. Here, you will be served a three-course Taste of Finnmark menu, where the flavors of Finnmark take center stage.
