Our food and bar courses

I have worked as a chef my whole life, and since 2005 I have had the pleasure of creating food based on local ingredients from Finnmark. Through food experiences, courses and dinners at Trasti & Trine I want to share the flavours, stories and traditions from the north with you.

Vegetarian

You will get an introduction to vegetarian cooking with a focus on seasonal ingredients from nature and local producers. Together we prepare a simple lunch dish, where you participate in the entire process from preparation to finished plate. Along the way we share tips on flavour, pairings and techniques. Finally we enjoy the meal together, finished with a small dessert.

Two ways to experience the adventure

We offer both public and private tours. On our "public" tours there will be up to twelve guests, and you'll have the opportunity to meet other adventurers from around the world.
For private tours you book all the spots, whether you're traveling alone or with friends and family. You get a guide at your disposal, and everything is tailored to your wishes – flexible in terms of start and end points, as well as the activity's duration.
