We believe that good initiatives often start quite simply. With someone who sees a need. Someone who wants to create something, care for someone, or give others an opportunity. It does not have to be big to matter.

Through Forkprint, we want to help make it possible for more such ideas to become action. This may include projects that strengthen local communities, create meeting places, give people new opportunities, pass on knowledge and craftsmanship, or protect nature and the values we depend on.

What matters most to us is not how professional a project looks on paper. We look for meaning, the ability to deliver, and a clear desire to make a difference.

At the same time, we want to know what the support actually made possible. That is why we ask those who receive support to document the project once it has been completed. Not just in numbers, but with the story of the people, the experiences, and the traces the project left behind.
