Job Heart 2024

The Jobbhjerte Award was presented to us at Trasti & Trine in 2024 as recognition for our work creating inclusive workplaces and providing people with opportunities to participate in the workforce. The award highlights organizations that demonstrate a strong commitment to joy at work, inclusion and social sustainability.

Through our operations we have placed great emphasis on seeing the people we work with, building a good working environment and providing room for development. We want to show that tourism and the experience industry can also be an important arena for inclusion, a sense of mastery and community.

The award is recognition of the long-term efforts we have made to create a workplace where people thrive and are given the opportunity to contribute according to their own abilities.
