Learn to cook

I have worked my whole life as a cook and head chef. Since 2005 I have worked with local food in Finnmark and have had the privilege of creating dishes from the world's purest and best ingredients that have grown and lived on the plateau, in the sea and the forests around us, with a unique history and flavor.
